The Reception Area
 Upon arrival at HARTZ Physical Therapy, the receptionist will greet you. We ask that you arrive fifteen (15) minutes early for your first appointment for the completion of appropriate paperwork. At all subsequent visits, we appreciate your prompt arrival. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please call as soon as you are aware of your scheduling conflict. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment within one or two days. Remember, the consistent completion of a physical therapy program is essential to your recovery.
The Patient Rooms
HARTZ Physical Therapy offers eight (8) private patient rooms for your convenience. We are sensitive to your privacy needs and will do everything possible to make you comfortable. Each patient room features an automated evaluation table and pillow, a chair for support people, a mirror and dimming lights. These rooms are used for initial evaluations. In addition, if preferable by the patient, virtually any treatment can occur in these comforting rooms as well.
The Gym
Our spacious and bright gym helps to motivate patients to perform rehabilitation exercises to the best of their ability. We provide many types of rehabilitation equipment, including: treadmill, recumbent bike, Lifeline gym, Upper Body Ergometer, hand and cuff weights and therapy balls (Swiss medicine). The team-oriented approach followed by the staff of HARTZ Physical Therapy provides a fun, comfortable and supportive environment for patients. Although we know physical therapy can be difficult at times, we believe this type of atmosphere will make it easier for patients to succeed in their therapy programs and achieve full recovery.
