2025 Employee Survey
Our goal in asking you to fill out this survey is to gain insight how we can improve employee retention and engagement in 2026, specifically relating to schedules, flexibility, compensation and benefits while still operating a sustainable business. We are asking for your honest feedback with the caveat that we must vet each suggestion for long-term sustainability and impact on the bottom line to determine what is (or is not) feasible. The goal is to gather information and identify over-arching themes that will drive the biggest improvements to employee retention and engagement.
We plan to review your suggestions in detail, identify major themes and research feasibility if we were to enact changes to address the biggest pain points. We will provide an update on our findings at our March staff meeting.
Your responses will be anonymous, however we are asking for your position with the company (PT/PTA/Admin) so that we can assess goals and motivations specific to each employee category.
