That’s exactly the feeling Brian Hartz set out to create when he founded HARTZ Physical Therapy in 2000, with a single office in Lititz. Not a place of whistles and barked-out exercises — but one with no hierarchy, no pretense, where everyone in the room is working toward the same thing: getting you better, in the friendliest way possible.
