Introducing the HARTZ Equipped for Life: Medical Loan Equipment Program.
This program, through the HARTZ Charitable Organization, strives to meet the needs of people in Lancaster County who may not be able to afford necessary durable medical equipment allowing them to maintain independence and participate in life to the fullest.
We are now accepting gently used medical equipment donations at our Lititz and Lancaster West offices. Please reach out to Greta Myers at gmyers@hartzpt.com if you are interested in donating any equipment or you have personal equipment needs. There is a form below for donating items. She will discuss what equipment you have and schedule a time to drop off your donation. Please note that you will need to schedule a time to drop off your donation.
