"I was experiencing some lower back pain due to pregnancy. Daulton explained why and how the pain got triggered. He and his team customized a series of exercise for me to work on the muscle that support baby weight. Honestly I didn't have a high expectation. I'd be satisfied if the pain doesn't get worse as my weight increases. So I was really surprised when the pain completely went away. I'm still practicing the exercise they recommended and will continue to doing so. I'm so happy that I found them and gave it a try. They are well knowledged.
