Hartz in Manheim is an amazing place. Clean, very well equipped. Very close to my home. Easy to get in and out of. I would have never been able to rehab from my Achilles tendon reconstruction surgery without the help of Lauren. Her patience caring and educational attitude got me through some rough patches. Giving great advice. That has gotten me through the pain. (WE WILL GET THERE) instead of you will have to do this all on your own. I was a skeptic but now a believer a lot of small steps are more important than 1 or 2 giant steps. Everyone's body heals different. They get that!
