Physical Therapy Assistant

Searching for an engaged PTA who is interested in working as part of a team to provide top quality care to our patients

Physical Therapist Assistant
Make a Difference Every Day — and Love Where You Work

Are you a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (Associate of Physical Therapy) who’s passionate about helping others move, heal, and thrive? At HARTZ Physical Therapy, we’re looking for a full-time PTA who’s eager to specialize in orthopedics and grow within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Our PTAs are an essential part of our team. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including many extras, such as:

  • Max Capacity = 44 visits/wk (NOT 55-70 visits as is common at many other clinics!)
  • Student Loan Payoff
  • Monthly Productivity Bonus
  • Team-Based 1-on-1 treatment model
  • Leadership that Listens – We are a family-owned small business. No corporate investors telling you how to treat your patients!

Our ideal teammate is compassionate, curious, and driven — someone who values connection just as much as clinical excellence. A background in manual therapy is a plus, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to learn, grow, and make an impact. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a new graduate, you’ll find a strong mentoring culture and opportunities for ongoing education and innovation.
