Lititz, PA – December 2025 – HARTZ Physical Therapy just presented a check for $17,000 to Milagro House following the 22nd Annual Fall Blast 5K Run/Walk. The donation represents 100% of the proceeds from the race, which benefits Milagro House, a local nonprofit providing safe housing and supportive services to women and children in crisis. The family-friendly event took place on October 4, 2025, at John R. Bonfield Elementary School in Lititz, PA, drawing hundreds of runners, walkers, and supporters from across Lancaster County.
The 3.1-mile run/walk and children’s color run brought together the community for a day of fitness, fun, and philanthropy, continuing HARTZ PT’s legacy of supporting vital local organizations.
“Milagro House provides critical support to vulnerable women and children in our community, offering them safety, stability, and hope for a brighter future,” said Brian Hartz, owner of HARTZ Physical Therapy. “We are honored to partner with such an impactful organization and grateful to everyone who participated, volunteered, and sponsored this year’s race. The $17,000 raised will make a real difference, especially as they embark on a capital campaign to increase their residential capacity so they can expand their impact in 2026!
Wendy Enck, Fall Blast Race Director, added, “We are incredibly proud to have raised and donated the proceeds from this year’s Fall Blast to Milagro House. Each year we make it our goal to raise as much as we can and donate 100% to a Lancaster County based charity that goes above and beyond to make a difference in the community where we live. This event would not be possible without the Staff at HARTZ Physical Therapy, our amazing sponsors, all the participants, families and Milagro House.”
Representatives from Milagro House expressed gratitude for the partnership and the funds raised. “Milagro House could not provide the foundation of compassion, caring and empowerment to the women and children we serve without partnerships like the one we have with Hartz Physical Therapy. Support from Hartz means more mothers have the opportunity to access educational programs and move their families from poverty to long-term sustainability. Thank You, Hartz, for the incredible Impact you have on Milagro House and on our entire community,” said Christina Duncan, Executive Director, Milagro House.
The Fall Blast 5K would not be possible without the generous support of local business sponsors, including Apex Realty, Wolf & Kline, Roseville Wealth Management, Tiger’s Eye Assured Partners, Penn State Health, Adair’s Flooring, and Lancaster Plumbing & Heating among others.
