The Practice of the Year award acknowledges an enterprise advancing the profession while demonstrating tangible success.
“HARTZ Physical Therapy embodies the spirit of Mapping the Future and setting the standard for excellence in the rehab therapy industry,” said Ashley Glover, CEO of WebPT. “Their ability to navigate challenges and drive innovation makes them standout leaders. By celebrating their achievements at Ascend, we aim to inspire other practices to continue pushing boundaries and advancing the field.”
“What the HARTZ PT team accomplished as we enter our 25th year in business has exceeded all our expectations and goals and, in my opinion, was nothing short of miraculous when you consider we are only a team of 42,” said Brian Hartz, DPT, MPT, OCS, CSCS, CEO and founder of HARTZ Physical Therapy.
It was an honor to accept the 2024 Practice of the Year Award on behalf of my staff! Throughout the last year, we’ve grown our team by 30%, increased overall visits by 27%, and maintained a 95% staff retention rate—all while expanding services and staying deeply connected to our community. Our success comes from empowering our team, providing them with the resources they need, and creating an environment of growth and collaboration. This award inspires us to keep pushing forward, and we’re excited for what’s ahead as we continue to serve and grow.”
There are over 38,000 physical therapy clinics in the United States and HARTZ Physical Therapy’s ability to impact its community, and its patients along with being advocates for the profession of physical therapy helped them stand out in a big playing field.
