What We Believe
At HARTZ PT, we believe exceptional care begins with consistency, expertise, and genuine connection. As an independent, locally owned practice, we’ve built our approach around three core principles that guide everything we do.
Personalized, Consistent Care
Healing requires trust, and trust is built through consistency. Our team-based scheduling model means you’ll see the same therapist at every visit—someone who knows your story, understands your goals, and tracks your progress personally. Every session includes evidence-based manual therapy delivered hands-on, ensuring your treatment is both effective and efficient.
Commitment to Clinical Excellence
We believe great outcomes demand continuous growth. Our clinicians actively pursue advanced training, specialty certifications, and the latest evidence-based techniques. With four Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialists (OCS) on staff—the profession’s highest credential in orthopedic care—and team members certified in Active Release Techniques (ART), Cervical & Temporomandibular Disorders (CCTT), Vestibular rehabilitation, Neurological rehabilitation, Pelvic Health, orthopedic manual therapy, and aquatic therapy, you can trust that you’re receiving expert-level care no matter who you work with.
A Culture of Care & Connection
While we take your recovery seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our clinic is a place where laughter is part of the healing process. We believe physical therapy should feel encouraging, not intimidating—where you’re greeted with genuine warmth and leave feeling motivated. Our practitioners bring not just clinical expertise, but authentic personalities, humor, and the kind of positive energy that makes even the toughest sessions a little brighter. Recovery is hard work, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy.
Service Beyond the Clinic
Caring for our community extends far beyond our treatment tables. Through the Hartz Physical Therapy Charitable Organization, we actively support local initiatives that make a difference. Throughout the year, you’ll find our team throughout Lancaster County—lending a hand to feed the local community, playing and mentoring with Big Brothers Big Sisters, helping families move into new homes with Off the Streets, and supporting countless other causes that strengthen our community. From our annual Fall Blast 5K Run/Walk and our Spring Swing Golf Tournament to our April Feed the Need food drive, giving back is woven into our culture. Our team averages 50 volunteer hours and we contribute approximately $1,000 per employee to local charities each year.
At HARTZ PT, serving others—in the clinic and throughout our community—isn’t just what we do. It’s who we are.
