What Makes Bri Special
We are so excited to have Bri here full-time because we all fell in love with her when she did one of her clinical rotations with Garrett in the Mount Joy office. Bri got engaged last summer to her fiancé Tanner and is currently planning a wedding for September 2025.
She played a variety of sports growing up but ultimately played basketball throughout high school and her first year of college. She enjoys watching all sports (she is a huge Penn State Football fan), spending time with family and friends, traveling especially to somewhere warm, and staying active.
Want to know more? Here’s a little Q & A…
Why did you choose to be a PT/PTA for your profession?
I knew I always wanted to help others and make a difference in their lives in some way. After being introduced to the physical therapy field in high school, I knew this was the career path I wanted to take. Seeing patients grow both mentally and physically is what drives me to impact as many patients that I can to a better quality of life.
What’s something that has surprised you about your chosen career path?
The amazing people that I get to meet and interact with everyday. I also love the career and the many different paths PT’s can take to expand their clinical knowledge and expertise.
What energizes you at work?
Coffee and the various patients I get the chance to interact and work with.
Where would you be right now if you had zero obligations and money didn’t matter?
On the beach somewhere in Hawaii. Who doesn’t love the beach?
What’s one habit you’re trying to form (or un-form)?
I am trying to get into reading more to limit my screen time. A good book by the pool or at the beach would be ideal. Please give me recommendations as I am a newbie to the reading world!
What are you passionate about?
Spending time with loved ones is very important to me. I also am passionate about building strong relationships and trust with the people I meet.
What are your hobbies?
Hanging out with family and friends, traveling, outdoor activities, working out, running
Favorite Sport to watch? Who’s your team?
Penn State Football and Pittsburgh Penguins
What’s one item you can’t leave home without?
My phone as I tend to get lost easily without my GPS. Also, my wallet just in case I end up shopping somewhere which happens frequently.
What’s on your bucket list?
Travel to Italy or Greece
What do you do for fun?
Hang out by the pool, reading, binge watch a TV show, working out, shopping
What is your biggest fear?
Snakes and spiders!!
