What Makes Noah Special

Noah has a strong athletic background that shapes how he approaches patient care. He played four years of collegiate soccer (and a half-season of lacrosse) at Grove City College, where he earned his degree in exercise science before going on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Messiah University in 2023. Having competed at a high level himself, Noah understands what it takes to recover from injury and get back to doing what you love — a perspective his patients appreciate.

Since finishing PT school, Noah has worked exclusively in outpatient orthopedics. He especially enjoys treating youth athletes and endurance athletes, drawing on his own experience as a triathlete to understand the demands their training places on the body. Whether he’s working with a young competitor or a seasoned endurance athlete, Noah brings both technical knowledge and a genuine appreciation for their goals.

Outside the clinic, Noah recently married his wife, Cassie, in 2025 and made Lititz his home. You might find the two of them walking around town with their dog, Denali, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, or logging training miles for Noah’s next triathlon.

Want to know more?  Here’s a little Q & A…

Why did you choose to be a PT/PTA for your profession?

When I went to college, I thought I was going to go into strength and conditioning, and I had the opportunity to do an internship with EXOS in Florida as a strength and conditioning coach. It was my dream internship, getting to work with aspiring professional athletes and professional athletes. It was at this internship that I learned that I didn’t like the performance side as much as I thought I would, and I would spend my free time with the rehab staff. I really enjoyed the problem-solving, critical thinking, and relationship building that the PTs got to do. I liked that I was able to use my knowledge of the human body and movement to help some get healthy and stay healthy.

If you weren’t a PT/PTA what you be doing, especially if salary wasn’t a concern?

I am not sure exactly, but I would be doing something outside. Perhaps a bike tour guide.

What energizes you at work?

I get energized when I see a patient turn the corner and start to feel like themselves again. Sometimes it can be a big milestone of getting back on the field, and sometimes it can be smaller, like being able to sit or stand for longer without pain.

What is one thing that instantly makes your day better?

A sweet snack in the afternoon!

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?

A college coach always used the phrase “focus on your vision, not your circumstances.” This has always stuck with me through the highs and lows of life.

Where would you be right now if you had zero obligations and money didn’t matter?

My wife and I would probably be exploring the national parks.

What’s your favorite place locally?

We live in Lititz and like New Holland Coffee Company, Bull’s Head, Rooster Street Butcher, and Appalachian Brewing Company since we had our first date there.

What are your hobbies?

Hiking, triathlon, and cooking

Do you have any pets?

We have an Australian shepherd named Denali
