Get ready to lace up for one of Lancaster’s favorite fall traditions! The 23rd Annual HARTZ Physical Therapy Fall Blast 5K & Kids Color Run returns on Saturday, October 3rd at J.R. Bonfield Elementary School for a fun-filled morning benefiting SWAN (Scaling Walls A Note at a Time).

Whether you’re chasing a personal best, walking with friends, or watching your kids sprint through clouds of color, Fall Blast is all about community, movement, and making memories together.

Early Bird: $30 (now through June 30)
Regular Registration: $35 (July 1 – Sept. 20)
Last Chance Registration: $40 (Sept. 21 – Race Day)

This year, the Fall Blast 5K & Kids Color Run proudly benefits SWAN4Kids — “Scaling Walls A Note at a Time.”

SWAN4Kids provides free music instruction and mentoring for children affected by parental incarceration. Their programs are designed to help students develop patience, perseverance, discipline, problem-solving skills, and teamwork through music education and meaningful mentorship.

Through music instruction, mentoring relationships, Bible classes, and trauma-informed support, students experience healing, build resilience, and gain confidence in their future.

Together, these opportunities help students heal, learn, succeed, and dream.

Every registration, sponsorship, and donation from Fall Blast helps support these life-changing programs for local children and families.

The Fall Blast 5K is facilitated through the HARTZ Physical Therapy Charitable Organization, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a mission of  strengthening our community through philanthropic support for essential charitable organizations in Lancaster County.
