Getting Here
Our Manheim office is nestled in the heart of small-town Manheim, on Doe Run Road in the Manheim Shopping Center near Weis and True Value. Just like the community we serve, our office is welcoming and accessible, with private parking and a handicap-friendly entrance to make your visit easy and comfortable.
The Reception Area
When you arrive at HARTZ Physical Therapy, our front desk team will be happy to welcome you and help with any questions. For your first visit, please plan to arrive about 15 minutes early so we can finish up any paperwork together.
Please bring along:
- Your insurance card
- A photo ID
- A physician’s referral (if needed)
- Any forms you’ve already filled out
For future visits, we simply ask that you arrive on time so we can stay on schedule and give you the best care possible. If something comes up and you can’t make your appointment, please give us a call as soon as you know.
Because we reserve one-on-one time with your therapist for every appointment, we do have a $50 cancellation fee for appointments not canceled by 12:00 pm the business day before. We’ll always do our best to get you rescheduled within a day or two. Staying consistent with your therapy is the key to getting you back to doing the things you love!
Patient Rooms
At HARTZ Physical Therapy in Manheim, we know comfort and privacy matter. That’s why our office includes two private patient rooms designed to make you feel at ease. These spaces are most often used for initial evaluations, but if you’d prefer, we’re happy to continue your treatment there as well.
The Main Treatment Area
Filled with natural light, high ceilings, and an open layout, our main therapy area offers a bright and welcoming space for your rehabilitation journey. With a wide range of machines and therapy equipment, our therapists have the tools—and the room—to encourage, motivate, and challenge you every step of the way, helping you reach your highest level of function by the end of treatment.
Treatment Approach
At HARTZ Physical Therapy, we take a team-oriented approach that puts you first. Every visit includes one-on-one, individualized care in a supportive and welcoming environment. As a small, locally owned practice, we make it a priority to give you the time you need—not only to complete your treatment, but also to ask questions and gain the tools to stay healthy and pain-free long after therapy ends. Plus, with fast access to hands-on care (often within 24–48 hours), you’ll start feeling better, sooner.
