Do you accept my insurance?
In most cases, insurance does cover physical therapy, but the amount covered can vary from plan to plan. Our patient care coordinators are happy to contact your insurance company, verify your benefits and review your physical therapy benefits with you. We want you to feel informed and confident about your care—before your first visit even begins. To see our current list of accept insurance click HERE.
What if I don’t have insurance?
No insurance? No problem! You can still schedule an evaluation and receive care. We offer self-pay options and can help you understand costs upfront so there are no surprises.
Our goal is to make physical therapy accessible and affordable, so you can start moving, healing, and feeling better—regardless of your insurance status.
How much does a session cost?
The cost of a session can vary depending on your specific needs, the type of therapy, and whether you’re using insurance. If you’re paying out of pocket, we offer transparent self-pay rates and can provide details before your first visit—so you know exactly what to expect.
We’re here to make sure your care is affordable, clear, and stress-free, so you can focus on your recovery.
Do you offer payment plans or cash-based options?
Yes, of course. You can learn about our self-pay options HERE.
Will you help me verify my insurance coverage?
Yes! We’re happy to help you understand your insurance benefits and estimate your costs. Coverage can vary depending on your plan:
- Medicare: Typically, Medicare covers 80% of your therapy, and your secondary insurance (if you have one) may cover the remaining 20%.
- Other insurances (like UHC or Cigna): Some plans may be out-of-network. We can help verify your in- or out-of-network status and check co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs.
Every insurance is a little different, so we encourage first-time patients to call the number on the back of their card to confirm coverage. If you have questions about claims or billing, our billing manager, Jen, is your go-to resource.
We’ll work with you so there are no surprises, and you can focus on your recovery.
