About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate and organized Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at our Lititz, PA clinic. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping them feel at ease and ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and schedule appointments with care
  • Verify insurance information
  • Collect copayments and assist with billing inquiries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front office environment
  • Collaborate with our team to support daily operations
  • Availability for up to 2 evenings per week (until 6:45pm)

  • A high school diploma (required); medical office experience (preferred)
