Employee Engagement

From the beginning, Brian Hartz has been passionate about 2 things:

  1. Ensuring his team of employees know they are valued and feel engaged and driven to provide nothing but the best care to our patients.
  2. Promoting a culture which encourages giving back to the communities in which we live and work.

Over the past 20 years, Brian has refined an employee engagement system which accomplishes both goals.  Recently, staff members completed our biggest ever team building challenge!  Each participant was tasked with achieving a point goal through completing a variety of individual, team and community goals.  This multi-faceted approach, helps each person develop both professionally and personally, all while helping others in our community.  At the end of the challenge, staff members were rewarded with an all-expense paid trip to a tropical location.

The real beauty of this process is understanding what an impact a small business can make, when we all work together toward a common goal.  Just look what we accomplished:
