Men's Pelvic Health

Specializing in men's pelvic health dysfunction.

Take Control of Your Pelvic Health

Are you experiencing changes in your bowel, sexual health or bladder? Although it is more commonly
reported in women, men often struggle with pelvic health dysfunction as well, and may overlook symptoms as a normal part of aging. Believe it or not, the pelvic floor muscles work the same as any other muscle group and may need a little help to continue functioning properly. It can be uncomfortable to discuss symptoms of pelvic health dysfunction, but the truth is that these are common issues that many men experience as they age, post-surgery, if they have prostate issues, have excessive weight or after an injury. Targeted physical therapy with our specialized pelvic health providers can treat your symptoms and get you back to living a more confident life.

Our Services

HARTZ Physical Therapy provides high-quality outpatient pelvic floor physical therapy for men with practitioners who have completed specialized training focusing specifically on pelvic dysfunction diagnoses. Everyone has a pelvic floor which consists of a group muscles responsible for holding the bladder, bowels, urethra and rectum in place. PT helps correctly strengthen and coordinate the pelvic floor to help the muscles in that region work the way they should. Our Lititz location is one of the few clinics in Lancaster County providing outpatient pelvic floor physical therapy rehabilitation.  Jennifer Graham, DPT has completed specialized training focusing specifically on these diagnoses.
