Highlights and Specialties:
Brian is the founder and owner of HARTZ Physical Therapy.  As a previous Division I swimmer, Brian has successfully rehabilitated hundreds of competitive swimmers in the Lancaster area.  In addition, Brian enjoys treating patients with a wide variety of orthopedic injuries. In college, Brian received the Benjamin Mannheimer Award, for excellence in orthopedic physical therapy.  He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and of the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association (PPTA).  Brian has also achieved the designation of Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), which recognizes those physical therapists who have achieved excellence in their profession.

After treating patients for 20 years,  Brian no longer carries a weekly patient load.  However, you will still often see him in one of our clinics mentoring staff members, in the Lancaster community speaking or networking or holed-up in his office figuring out the strategic direction of the business.  His leadership will help HARTZ PT continue to thrive in this extremely competitive market for years to come.

Brian is very active in the community, helping various organizations.  In particular, he is a long-time board member of Schreiber Pediatric Rehabilitation. When Brian is not at the office, he enjoys running, swimming, completing various home (or office) renovation projects or spending time travelling with his wife, Amy and three children.

HAYDEN MCDEVITT, DPT, OCS, CSCS (Physical Therapist, Clinic Director)

Highlights and Specialties:
A HARTZ PT team member since 2001
Full Body Active Release Techniques (ART) provider: Popular with runners and triathletes, this technique obtains quick results from anyone suffering from overuse injuries. (McDevitt is the only Physical Therapist in Lancaster County to receive full-body ART certification.)  Hayden is also a member of Aaron’s Acres Board of Directors, American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Orthopedic Section and the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association (PPTA)

An avid football fan, when not at the office, you might find Hayden at a football game in State College or at the Philadelphia Eagles stadium. Hayden enjoys spending time with his wife and two adorable boys, especially when they can get away to the beach!

LAUREN KIRCHOFF, DPT, (Physical Therapist)

Education: BS, Kinesiology, Penn State University; Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), Arcadia University

Highlights and Specialties:  A HARTZ PT team member since 2015, when she began as a PT aide, Lauren returns to the team after completing her DPT in January 2020.  She enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses, and she is looking forward to finding her niche as she begins her career. Lauren works with Krystle seeing patients in the Lititz office. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association (PPTA).

When not in the office, Lauren enjoys cruising to the Caribbean, watching Eagles, Ravens & Penn State Football, spending time with her 3 dogs, and wedding planning with her fiance, Brandon.


KEVIN SISBARRO, DPT, (Physical Therapist)

Education: BS, Interdisciplinary Health Services, Saint Joseph’s University; Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), Arcadia University

Certifications: Certified Vestibular Therapist, American Institute of Balance

Highlights and Specialties:  A HARTZ PT team member since 2020, Kevin enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic, vestibular/balance and concussion cases.  His goal is to create a customized rehabilitation plan to help each patient get back to what they love doing. Kevin volunteered on a mission trip to St. Elizabeth Parish, Jamaica in 2018 and looks forward to returning in the future. Kevin is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the PA Physical Therapy Association (PPTA).

When not in the office, Kevin is a big New York sports team fan, following the Giants, Yankees and Rangers (Knicks are a lost cause). Spending time with his girlfriend Lauren and his cat Piper.


DELANEY RYAN  (Physical Therapy Assistant)

Delaney has been a part of our team since January 2020 and works alongside Lauren Kirchoff and Daulton Rutter.  She has been involved in sports and athletics throughout her school career.  She is enthusiastic about helping patients return to their sports, hobbies and lifestyles. Delaney is a member of the  APTA and PPTA.

When not at work, Delaney enjoys being outside with her dogs, traveling with her family, and watching Maryland sports teams.

BRITTANY STEVENSON  (Physical Therapy Assistant)

A Hartz PT member since March 2020, Brittany works with Hayden McDevitt, treating patients of all ages with a variety of diagnoses. Brittany enjoys building relationships with patients and working with them to ensure they are able to return to their previous active lifestyle.

She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the PA Physical Therapy Association (PPTA).

When not at work, you will find Brittany spending lots of time with friends and family, completing home renovation projects, gardening, traveling and camping with their dogs, as well as working out.


NOELLE KEPHART  (Physical Therapy Assistant)

Noelle has been a part of our team since May 2020.  Noelle has been involved in athletics throughout high school and college winning the Division II Field Hockey National Championship at Shippensburg University in 2016. Noelle enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them return to their previous level of function and lifestyles. She has a special interest in Neurological Rehabilitation specifically Parkinson’s disease. She is a member of the  APTA and PPTA.

Noelle is cross-trained in as a Patient Care Coordinator, so you will occasionally see her welcoming you into the office behind the front desk.  When not at work, Noelle enjoys watching Philadelphia sports teams, coaching field hockey, running and traveling with her Fiance, Mitch.


GABRIELLE WOODS (Front Desk Manager)

Associates Degree in Nutritional Science from Penn State University

Highlights and Specialties:
A HARTZ PT Team member since 2018, Gabby enjoys welcoming patients with a smile to our Lititz office.  Gabby’s favorite aspect of being Front Desk Coordinator is meeting new patients and helping them to feel comfortable before their appointments.

When not in the office, you’ll find Gabby busy with her three children, reading a book, taking a hike or baking a new recipe!


MISSY VRACARICH (Billing Liaison)

Highlights and Specialties:
A HARTZ PT team member since 2016, Missy enjoys ensuring our patients who arrive in Lititz are enthusiastically welcomed.  One of the things Missy enjoys most about her job is seeing the progress as patients come in the first time in pain and leave several weeks later with increased function and often, a better mood!  Missy will always greet you with a smile and ensure you are comfortable and prepared for your visit.  As the Front Desk Manager, you may occasionally see Missy training our newest front desk staff members as well!

When not working, Missy enjoys running and bike riding, not to mention, she loves going to concerts!


KELLY PYLE (Administrative, MAG)

BS, Exercise Science, University of Delaware

Highlights and Specialties:
A HARTZ PT team member since 2001, Kelly has worn many hats at HARTZ PT, working primarily with Brian for many years in patient care.  You will occasionally see Kelly filling in at the front desk as well as helping behind the scenes with some administrative duties.

When not at the office, Kelly enjoys watching her daughters play sports at Warwick and Ohio State and spending time with family and friends.

AMY HARTZ (CFO, Marketing)

Highlights and Specialties:
Amy has been with HARTZ PT from the beginning and her responsibilities have changed throughout that time.  Currently, she is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting functions of the business as well as ad design, internal marketing, website updates and technology management.   Although you may catch her in the office now and then, Amy works primarily from home.
When not working, Amy enjoys running, scenic photography, travelling and spending time with her husband, Brian and their 3 children.

Highlights and Specialties:
Brandi has worked in a variety of settings including traditional outpatient, high school, collegiate, and rehabilitation hospital settings. A lifelong swimmer, Brandi particularly enjoys treating athletic injuries, ranging from the high school athlete to the senior weekend warrior.  In addition to her time in the clinic, Brandi is an adjunct professor at Lebanon Valley College teaching students in their physical therapy curriculum.

When not in the office, Brandi can be found spending time with her husband and two boys.  She enjoys running, swimming and biking as well as traveling, hiking and cooking.

GINNY WEAVER (External Marketing)

LPN, Lancaster School of Practical Nursing

Highlights and Specialties:
Believe it or not, Ginny was the first employee of HARTZ PT back in 2000. Ginny was our Office Manager from the beginning and has recently transitioned to retirement, while still working a few hours each week in external marketing for HARTZ PT.

Ginny enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and she is an excellent cook as well!
