Highlights and Specialties:
Brian is the founder and owner of HARTZ Physical Therapy.  As a previous Division I swimmer, Brian has successfully rehabilitated hundreds of competitive swimmers in the Lancaster area.  In addition, Brian enjoys treating patients with a wide variety of orthopedic injuries.
In college, Brian received the Benjamin Mannheimer Award, for excellence in orthopedic physical therapy.  He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and of the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association (PPTA).  Brian has also achieved the designation of Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), which recognizes those physical therapists who have achieved excellence in their profession.

Although Brian no longer carries a weekly patient load, you will still often see him in one of our clinics mentoring staff members, in the Lancaster community speaking or networking or holed-up in his office figuring out the strategic direction of the business.  His leadership will help HARTZ PT continue to thrive in this extremely competitive market for years to come.

When Brian is not at the office, he enjoys running, swimming, completing various home (or office) renovation projects or spending time travelling with his wife, Amy and three children.

DAN HERRMANN, DPT, OCS (Physical Therapist)

BS, Exercise Physiology, West Virginia University,  Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), Arcadia University

Board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).  Also working toward becoming a  Certified Mackenzie provider.

Highlights and Specialties:
Dan specializes in sports and orthopedic injuries, idiopathic knee pain, as well as post-surgical rehab.  As a lifetime golfer, Dan is also a golf-injury specialist.
He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and of the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association (PPTA).  Dan works with Janelle, seeing patients in our Lititz office.

When not in the office, Dan enjoys golfing, cheering on his West Virginia Mountaineers and spending time with his wife and son, Asher.

NATASHA CLARKE, DPT, (Physical Therapist)

Education:BS, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Doctorate, Physical Therapy, Rutgers University, graduating with clinical and academic honors

While at Fairleigh Dickinson, Natasha played on the NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Team. Natasha is currently preparing to take the OCS exam in 2020. She also recently accepted a position teaching Anatomy and Physiology at the Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences.

Natasha practices a one-on-one approach with a focus on manual techniques and patient education in order to optimize movement and restore patients to their highest quality of life.  When not at the office, Natasha enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and his daughter, as well as running, hiking, cooking, and repurposing/upcycling old items. 

ALEX FAUS, DPT, (Physical Therapist)

Education: BS, Messiah College, Doctorate, Physical Therapy, Thomas Jefferson University, graduating with clinical and academic honors

While at Messiah College, Alex participated on the Men’s Track Team earning 2nd team all conference for the 10K his senior year.  At Thomas Jefferson University, Alex was the Administrative Manager for the Jefferson Pro Bono PT clinic, helping him to gain valuable experience in a clinical setting.

As a runner and Cross Fit enthusiast, Alex enjoys treating athletes, especially those who engage in Cross Fit.  When not at the office, Alex enjoys hiking and fishing as well as cheering on Philly sports teams.

ALEC LEVESQUE, DPT, (Physical Therapist)

Education: BS, Ithaca College, Clinical Health Studies, with minors in Sports Psychology and Outdoor Recreation. Alec stayed at Ithaca to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, graduating magna cum laude and receiving the prestigious Presidential Scholarship.

Highlights and Specialties:
Shortly after finishing school, Alec and his wife (also a PT) decided they wanted to travel the United States and practice physical therapy in different states. So, they became contractors and worked in Arizona, Alaska and Maryland.  Alec enjoyed being a contract physical therapist because he was required to learn and adapt quickly. He has developed special interests in movement science, postural restoration, sports medicine and neuromuscular education. He brings a multifaceted approach to patient care and loves educating patients on their human anatomy and design.

Outside of work, Alec loves being involved in his local church community. He also loves spending time with his family and enjoys a host of outdoor activities, such as skiing, hiking, running and golf. He enjoys playing basketball and lacrosse and is a huge fan of Boston sports teams. Go New England!

KRYSTLE GROFF (Physical Therapy Assistant)

Education: BS, Psychology/Biology from Lebanon Valley CollegeAS, Physical Therapy Assistant, Central Penn College

Highlights and Specialties:  Krystle came to HARTZ PT through our merger with Kauffman Physical Therapy.  She was an avid swimmer in high school and has first hand knowledge of rehabilitation of a lower extremity. She also has an interest in orthopedics and the application of manual therapy.  She is a member of the APTA and PPTA.  Krystle works with Megan seeing patients in our Lititz office

When not at the office, Krystle enjoys spending time with her husband and twin daughters as well as hunting, spending time outdoors and training for Aquabike races.

JANELLE HORNING (Physical Therapy Assistant)

Highlights and Specialties:
A HARTZ PT team member since 2017. Janelle has a special interest in Neurological rehabilitation and PNF stretching techniques. Janelle works with Dan Herrmann seeing patients in our Lititz office.  Janelle is also a member of the APTA and PPTA.

Outside of the office, Janelle enjoys running, reading, hiking, cooking, helping on the family farm and spending time with her husband, Austin, friends and family.

LAURA JOHNSON (Physical Therapy Assistant)

Highlights and Specialties:
A HARTZ PT team member since 2012, Laura enjoys both orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation.  Vestibular disorders are often misunderstood as well as intrusive on the lifestyle of patients, so helping her patients restore their proper function is very satisfying for Laura. She is also proficient in kinesiotape application. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and of the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association (PPTA).

When not at the office Laura bakes, walks, plays board games, and enjoys time with her husband.

KELLY PYLE (Physical Therapy Aide, Admin)

BS, Exercise Science, University of Delaware

Highlights and Specialties:
A HARTZ PT team member since 2001, Kelly has worn many hats at HARTZ PT, working primarily with Brian for many years, however, recently transitioning to Megan’s team.  You will occasionally see Kelly filling in at the front desk as well as helping behind the scenes with some administrative duties.

When not at the office, Kelly enjoys watching her daughters play sports at Warwick and Ohio State and spending time with family and friends.


MISSY VRACARICH (Front Desk Manager)

Highlights and Specialties:
A HARTZ PT team member since 2016, Missy enjoys ensuring our patients who arrive in Lititz are enthusiastically welcomed.  One of the things Missy enjoys most about her job is the seeing the progress as patients come in the first time in pain and leave several weeks later with increased function and often, a better mood!  Missy will always greet you with a smile and ensure you are comfortable and prepared for your visit.  As the Front Desk Manager, you may occasionally see Missy training our newest front desk staff members as well!

When not working, Missy enjoys running and bike riding, not to mention, she loves going to concerts!

MELISSA POTTS (Front Desk Coordinator)

AS in Applied Science from Delaware Valley Community College

A HARTZ PT team member since 2018, Melissa is in school part-time to become a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).  Melissa partners with Missy to ensure our patients are comfortable and ready for therapy.  Melissa enjoys the variety of skills required for her job and the day-to-day interactions with our patients.

When not at the office, Melissa enjoys all things outdoors, hiking, biking and being active as well as hanging out with her friends and family.

DEB REINHART (Billing Manager)

A HARTZ PT team member since 2003, Deb manages our billing department.  Deb is continually challenged as she manages constant changes in the insurance reimbursement industry.  If you have a question about your bill, chances are, you’ll be speaking with Deb!

When she’s not at work, she enjoys biking, hiking and spending time with her family.

JOY BRAAS (Insurance Specialist)

Medical Assisting, National College of Business and Technology (Nashville, TN)

Highlights and Specialties:
Joy started working for HARTZ PT in 2013 as a part-time front desk associate and has worked at the front in several of our offices.  Recently, she has taken on a new role in the billing department and is considered an expert on the intricacies of health insurance.

When not at the office, Joy enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

 VICKI BERGER (Billing Assistant)

Education: Governor Mifflin High School, Reading School of Nursing

Highlights and Specialties:
Vicki has over 25 years of experience as an administrative assistant and office manager having worked at several local medical offices and clinics.  She is excited to expand her knowledge of billing and insurance company reimbursement, helping in the billing department in our Lititz office 2 days per week.  You will also occasionally see Vicki’s smiling face behind the front desk helping to fill-in as needed.

When not at the office, Vicki enjoys reading, taking walks and spending time with her friends and family.

AMY HARTZ (CFO, Marketing)

Highlights and Specialties:
Amy has been with HARTZ PT from the beginning and her responsibilities have changed throughout that time.  Currently, she is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting functions of the business as well as ad design, internal marketing, website updates and technology management.   Although you may catch her in the office now and then, Amy works primarily from home.
When not working, Amy enjoys running, scenic photography, travelling and spending time with her husband, Brian and their 3 children.

GINNY WEAVER (External Marketing)

Highlights and Specialties:
Believe it or not, Ginny was the first employee of HARTZ PT back in 2000. Ginny was our Office Manager from the beginning and has recently transitioned to retirement, while still working a few hours each week in external marketing for HARTZ PT.

Ginny enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and she is an excellent cook as well!

BRANDI L. SOLLENBERGER, DPT, ATC (PRN Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer)

Highlights and Specialties:
Brandi has worked in a variety of settings including traditional outpatient, high school, collegiate and rehabilitation hospital settings.  A lifelong swimmer, Brandi particularly enjoys treating athletic injuries, ranging from the high school athlete to the senior weekend warrior.  In addition to her time in the clinic, Brandi is an adjunct professor at Lebanon Valley College teaching students in their physical therapy curriculum.  Brandi works as a PRN therapist for us to cover for vacations in various clinics.  She has also provided extra coverage for athletic events as an ATC at Ephrata High School, backing up Cindy Jenkins, also a HARTZ employee.

When not in the office, Brandi can be found spending time with her husband and two boys.  She enjoys running, swimming and biking as well as traveling, hiking and cooking.
