DAN HERRMANN, DPT, OCS (Physical Therapist and Clinic Director)

 Education:
BS, Exercise Physiology, West Virginia University,  Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), Arcadia University

Certifications:
Board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).  Also working toward becoming a  Certified Mackenzie provider.

Highlights and Specialties:
Dan specializes in sports and orthopedic injuries, idiopathic knee pain, as well as post-surgical rehab.  As a lifetime golfer, Dan is also a golf-injury specialist.
He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and of the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association (PPTA).  Dan works with Alilcia, seeing patients in our Lancaster-West office.

When not in the office, Dan enjoys golfing, cheering on his West Virginia Mountaineers and spending time with his wife and son, Asher.

PATRICK JONES, DPT (Physical Therapist)

Education:
Bachelor of Science from Lebanon Valley College,  Doctorate, Physical Therapy, Lebanon Valley College

Highlights and Specialties:
A HARTZ PT team member since 2018, Patrick has a background in performing manual physical therapy, including grade 5 mobilizations.  He has a special interest in
orthopedics and post-op patient recovery. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and of the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association (PPTA).

When not in the office, you might find Patrick outdoors camping, hiking or fishing.  As a former college tennis player, Patrick also enjoys getting out back on the tennis court every now and then.

ALICIA LEEKING (Physical Therapy Assistant)

Education: 
AS, Physical Therapy Assistant, Central Penn College

Highlights and Specialties:
A HARTZ PT team member since 2010, Alicia enjoys building relationships with her patients and seeing the positive changes physical therapy makes in their lives. She is a Credentialed Clinical Instructor through the APTA.  She is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and of the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association (PPTA).

When not at the office, Alicia enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking and working on her flower garden.  She is also actively involved in A Week Away, a Lancaster-based non-profit, as a Respite Coordinator.

MICHELLE NEUMANN (Physical Therapy Assistant)

Education:
BS, Health and Wellness, Cedar Crest College
AS, Physical Therapy Assistant, Harcum College

Highlights and Specialties:
A HARTZ PT team member since 2018. Michelle is a certified yoga instructor and enjoys incorporating this background into PT through balancing, stretching, strengthening, core stabilization and relaxation techniques.

Michelle’s goal is to empower her patients through self-care so they may be able to replicate relief of symptoms post physical therapy for a greater quality of life.

Outside of the office, you might find Michelle teaching yoga, promoting wellness and spending time with her husband and son.

 AARON BRUSTAD (Director: Medically Adapted Gym)


Education:
BS, Exercise Science, Physical Fitness Specialist, West Chester University

Highlights and Specialties:
In charge of the MAG program since 2010, Aaron enjoys assisting clients in achieving their fitness goals in a safe and effective way.  Aaron also routinely speaks to “Maggers” about health and wellness topics.  In his spare time, Aaron is for hire as a personal trainer.

 

RUTH GLICK-LYNCH (Front Desk Coordinator)

Education:
AS in Applied Science from Delaware Valley Community College

Ruth is a recent addition to our team at the West office.  She is in school at Southern New Hampshire University with an anticipated graduation date in 2022.  Ruth spearheads the front desk at our Lancaster-West office to ensure our patients are comfortable and ready for therapy.  Ruth enjoys the variety of skills required for her job especially getting to know each patient and seeing them progress throughout treatment.

When not at the office, Ruth enjoys traveling to new places with her fiancé, getting outdoors and being active with her two rescue dogs as well as hanging out with her friends and family. Ruth is also a trained black belt.
