What types of students do you accept?
We welcome PT and PTA students at various stages of their clinical education, depending on availability and clinical fit.
What can I expect during my clinical rotation?
Students receive hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced clinicians, regular feedback, and exposure to diverse patient populations. You’ll be treated as an active member of the care team.
Will I be working directly with patients?
Yes. Students are gradually given appropriate responsibility based on skill level, confidence, and academic requirements—with supervision and support throughout the rotation.
What is the Fast-Track Hiring Program?
Students who complete a rotation with us may be eligible for early employment conversations and priority consideration for future openings. Participation is optional and does not impact your clinical evaluation.
Does completing a rotation guarantee a job?
No. Employment offers are based on mutual fit, performance, and available positions after graduation.
